# Slack integration: feedback themes in your channel

> Post new and rising themes, urgent feedback and the daily digest to a Slack channel, without personal data.

Post what your users are asking for to a Slack channel: new themes, rising themes, urgent feedback and the daily digest, formatted as Slack messages.

## What it posts

- **New theme:** the title, product and number of people asking, with a link to the theme.
- **Rising theme:** when a theme's weekly volume doubles.
- **Urgent feedback:** the PII-free summary of an urgent item.
- **The digest:** the same facts as the email.

Summaries never contain names or emails, and mentions in them never ping anyone. Automatic events are on Pro; on Free, send a theme to Slack by hand with **Send to…**.

## Set it up

1. In Slack, add an **Incoming Webhook** to the channel (**Apps → Incoming Webhooks**) and copy its URL.
2. In Camelus, **Settings → Destinations → Add destination**, preset **Slack**, paste the URL.
3. Pick the events and products, and click **Test**.
