From scattered messages to a shipped change, and an email to everyone who asked

Collect

Every channel, every product, one Inbox

Feedback arrives where your users already are. Camelus gathers it into one real-time Inbox, with the product, the source and the person attached.

  • A feedback widget: one script tag, under 15 KB, no cookies, in five languages
  • Identify signed-in users with a server-side signature, so nobody can borrow someone else's weight
  • A forwarding address per product: quoted replies, signatures and forwarding headers are stripped
  • POST /v1/feedback from your backend, a helpdesk, n8n or Zapier: idempotent and rate limited
  • Polar cancellation reasons, with the customer's plan and revenue
  • Add what you heard on a call, or import a CSV of old feedback

Understand

Read once, in any language, without personal data

Each message is read once by an AI model. It writes an English summary, translates, and tags type, sentiment and urgency. The original stays untouched.

  • Summaries leave out names, emails and order numbers; a rule-based pass catches what slips through
  • Spam and prompt-injection attempts wait in Needs review instead of polluting your themes
  • A monthly AI budget per plan: past it, feedback is stored and waits, never dropped

Rank

Themes ranked by people and revenue, not by the loudest voice

Similar requests are grouped into themes across languages. Code you can read ranks them: each person counts once, weighed by how they reached you, whether they pay, and how recently they asked.

  • Why this score: every theme lists who contributes what
  • MRR affected per theme when Polar is connected; never estimated without it
  • Move, merge and split themes; merges are suggested, never automatic, and undoable for 30 days
  • Rising and new themes stand out; quiet ones fade with a 30-day half-life

Brief

Two minutes every morning

A daily digest at the time you choose, with numbers from the database and a two-sentence opening. Quiet days send nothing. Pro adds a weekly digest and alerts.

  • Top and rising themes, urgent items, complaints from paying customers, cancellations, what shipped
  • Alerts for urgent feedback from paying customers, theme spikes and runs of cancellations
  • Quiet hours and at most three alerts a day; the rest wait for the digest

Send

Push themes to where they get built

Every destination is a signed webhook with retries, a delivery log and replay. Presets fill the form for the tools you use, and the receiving app can report back.

  • Vicunia, n8n, Zapier, Make, Slack, Discord or your own endpoint
  • Linear and GitHub Issues through ready-made n8n workflows, or a few Zapier and Make steps
  • Status callbacks move the theme to planned, in progress or shipped
  • Payloads carry PII-free summaries and counts unless you allow more

Close the loop

Tell everyone who asked

When a theme is planned, shipped or declined, Camelus drafts the email to the people who asked to hear back. You read it and send it with one click.

  • Only to people who opted in, with one-click unsubscribe
  • Hard bounces and spam complaints stop further emails
  • Shipped through a destination? The draft is waiting for you

For agents

An API and an MCP server

Read themes and feedback from your code with the REST API, or let Claude and other agents ask what users want through MCP.

  • An OpenAPI document generated from the same schemas the server checks
  • Scoped API keys: send feedback, read, change theme status
  • MCP tools for top themes, search, a theme's detail and the digest
