Questions
What happens past the monthly item limit?
Feedback is still stored and shown in the Inbox. Nothing is dropped. Those items are processed as soon as you upgrade, or when the month resets.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in US dollars, through Polar, which handles taxes and invoices. Upgrade from Settings → Billing; the new limits apply within seconds. Cancel any time from the billing portal: you keep the plan until the end of the period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Products, members and destinations above the Free limits keep working as they are; you just can't add more. History older than the plan's retention is anonymized: counts and summaries stay, the original text and contact details go.
